VALTER PRIZE WINNER PETER MORGAN.
Peter was absent from the Award Ceremony. The week previous he was giving his presentation for the Young Engineer of Britain, Regional Finals. During the Award Ceremony, he was completing the Duke of Edinburgh's Gold Expedition in the Baltic Sea.
His presentation was pre-recorded on computer, but he was available to answer questions by mobile telephone!
